●店名「わだっち」の由来
The origin of the store name "わだっち" (wadacchi)
私達の家（わたしだちのうち）の意味です。
It is the meaning of the house of us (wadashitachi).

1995年の開店以来、欧米人など外国人の来店に対応するためにメニューに英語の併記をしています。
English is written concurrently in the menu so that the Westerners may cope with foreigner's presence in since opening in 1995.
私達スタッフは英語を話せません。
We staff can't speak English.
それでも彼らの知人の紹介で、日本語が不得意な外国人がご来店下さいます。
Still the foreigner who is poor at Japanese comes by their acquaintance's introduction.
事前に美味しいメニューを聞いてから来店する。
